Arrival & Transfer to Gangtok Our car driver will be there to receive you at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) Siliguri or Bagdogra Airport You will be assisting for the transfer – Transfer to Gangtok – Nearly 120 Kilometers 4 hours drive - Gangtok – The capital of the 22nd State, Sikkim is one of the most beautiful hill station with varied options for tourist – It is known for the monastery, Orchids, High altitude Lake and butterflies. Reach Gangtok Check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) & through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Optional tour to Nathu La Pass (14140 Ft / 4310 Mts / 20 Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) is an Indo China border, controlled by the Indian Army & is situated approx 20 Kms ahead of Tshangu Lake at an height of 14140 Ft / 4310. The journey to Nathula & Baba Mandir is same up to 16 Kms. At this point the right arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Baba Mandir & left arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Nathula.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher.
Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as Cancelled.

Package can be altered/change as per the customer requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to availability)

Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. ( Early check in is subject to availability )

We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.)

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.


CHILD POLICY:

Children below 5 years are complementary in parents room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.

INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone. 

  • If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
  • There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
  • If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
  • Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
  • The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
  • The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
  • Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
  • 30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
  • 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
