Pick up from Delhi Airport / Railway station. Start your drive to Haridwar. Recommended to start early Reach Haridwar by Afternoon. Visit Shantikunj Ashram, PawanDham, Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi Temple and Daksh Temple. Later visit HarkiPouri Ganga Ghat to be a part of Ganga Aarti. After that drive to Rishikesh. check in to the hotel, Dinner and overnight stay in Rishkesh.

Leave for Barkot from Rishikesh after breakfast. You can have your Lunch and Coffee on the way at Mussoorie. Arrive and stay at Barkot.

Once more after an early breakfast leave for Hanuman Chatti (Drive 32 kms) to set up your journey. Take a local jeep to reach Phool Chatti to shorten your trek by 5 kms. On arrival start your day on a tough trek of 7 kms one side. Arrive at Yamunotri and pray at temple and also take a holy Achman to set up your most sacred pilgrimage to Char Dhams. Come back to Phool Chatti in the evening to come back to Camp resort for dinner and relaxation. Over night stay at Barkot.

After a relaxed breakfast leave for Uttarkashi drive of 120 kms. One of the most attractive valleys in the world and reach uttarakashi. On arrival check in for dinner. Over night stay uttarkashi.

We carry on to Gangotri (3048 mts), on the way we get pleasure from picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most superb view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we come back to Uttarkashi. overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

  • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
  • Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
  • All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
  • Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
  • Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
  • The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
  • Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request of escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
  • AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
  • AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
  • Glacial Adventures will not be responsible for any cancellation happens in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
  • Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
  • For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).
PREPONE AND POSTPONE:
  • For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
  • INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.
  • If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
  • All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amountisnon-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
  • However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above mentioned table.
  • Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing.All changes will be processed only after the receipt ofthe same by the Company.
  • The above mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
  • The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Further charge will be levied as follows:
  • 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
  • 30 days to 15 days prior to departure ofthe tour 50% of total tour cost.
  • 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
  • 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
Jurisdiction:
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd.  shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
