Note:
Any change in applicable tax structure as per Government notifications will be levied accordingly. All additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the guest.

Travel Insurance & Rescue Cost:
Travel insurance and rescue costs are not included in the package cost. Guests are strongly advised to arrange adequate travel insurance coverage for personal safety and belongings.
Hotel Policy:

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and maybe chargeable.

• Check-in time on a houseboat normally is 12 pm and check-out time is 9:00 am.

• A maximum of 3 adults are permitted per room; the third person will be provided a mattress or rollaway bed.

• Children below 5 years can stay without extra bed and meals; extra charges apply for older children and adults as per hotel policy.
  Mini-bar, telephone bills, laundry, and similar expenses are to be paid directly at the hotel.

• Some hotels may request a refundable security deposit at check-in.

• Due to its climatic conditions, Munnar in Kerala rarely has AC rooms.

• Most of the Hotels in Munnar are located far away from the city centre and local market

• Hotels located in old city areas may not have direct vehicle access; porter services, if required, will be at an additional cost to the guest.

• Similar hotels will be provided if listed ones are unavailable.

• All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay.

• Boat will be anchored between 5:30 pm to 7:30 am & it will be idle in the lake.(As per GOVT. Rule - Village people will be fishing during that time)

Pricing & Availability:
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Hotel rooms, airline seats, and transport services are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Rates may change during festivals or peak seasons (i.e.. New Year, Holi, Diwali, Long Weekends).

Itinerary & Transportation:
The itinerary is fixed and cannot be altered once confirmed. Any deviation may attract additional charges.
Transportation is provided strictly as per the itinerary; vehicles are not available at disposal.
Vehicles will not operate beyond designated parking points; additional transport costs (jeep, camel, etc.) to be borne by guests.
AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
Taxis to be used as per itinerary; extra cost applies for off-route or extra hours.

Note: Guests are requested to book flights arriving into Cochin before noon to avoid a late journey through the hilly areas to reach Munnar.

Sightseeing & Entry Charges:
Entry tickets, monument entrance, camera fees, and permits are not included unless explicitly specified.
Sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions. Missed sightseeing due to such factors is non-refundable. 

If a guest is staying on a houseboat, the sightseeing will not be conducted.

Gala Dinner & Mandatory Charges:
Hotels may levy mandatory Gala Dinner or Special Event Charges, especially during Christmas, New Year, or festive periods. These charges are payable directly at the hotel unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations, Modifications & Force Majeure:
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Token advance is non-refundable.
31+ days prior: Token reusable as credit note valid for 365 days.
30-15 days prior: 50% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Less than 15 days or no show: 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
No refunds for missed/not utilized services, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, etc. Force majeure situations (strikes, natural calamities, political unrest) may lead to itinerary changes without refunds or compensation.
TCS & GST once collected are non-refundable.

Prepone & Postpone:
Amendments must be in writing and allowed up to 15 days prior to travel.
One-time prepone/postpone allowed free of cost, subject to availability.
Second change will attract 15% of the total tour cost as amendment charges.
Services and pricing depend on availability and seasonal rates at the time of revised travel dates.

Package Notes:
Packages are customizable fixed departures.
All discussions must be in writing; verbal communications not entertained.
Company reserves the right to alter the tour due to unforeseen reasons (natural calamity, technical faults, government orders).
Package confirmed only after advance payment.

Package Cost Notes:
Upgrades/add-ons may attract extra cost.
Correct child's age must be provided; incorrect age declaration may attract additional charges.
Extra charges apply for room upgrades, mini-bar, telephone bills, etc.
Guests responsible for penalties due to property damage, prohibited activities, or misconduct during the tour.

Service Notes:
Services provided only as per booking voucher.
Base category rooms will be reserved unless specified otherwise.
Meal timings and menu as per hotel policy; fixed menu applies.
Transfers to follow scheduled timing.
Activities and sightseeing are subject to weather and season.
No refunds for not availed services.

Documents Note:
ID proof and payment receipt required for booking confirmation.
Review confirmation voucher within 24 hours; errors reported later may not be entertained.
Mandatory to carry voucher, ID, tickets, permits, visa, etc. during travel.
Some adventure activities may require signing an indemnity bond.

Payment Policy:
Himachal Packages: 50% advance, 50% on arrival.
Other Destinations: 75% advance for higher category hotels; 25% on arrival.
International/Andaman/Flights/Trains: 100% advance required.
EMI option available (Travel Now, Pay Later).

General Conduct & Responsibility:
Glacial Adventures holds the right to immediately discontinue the services on tour in case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of aggression, illegal activity, or violent behavior, while holding all the refunds.
While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests,Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, accident, injury, or any unforeseen incident occurring during the course of the tour. All guests are advised to take necessary precautions and arrange adequate travel insurance coverage for personal safety and belongings.

Jurisdiction:
All disputes are subject to courts/tribunals at Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
