Day 1 - Leh Arrival- Rest day

On your arrival at Leh (Kushok Bakula airport), you will be assisted with a smooth transfer to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and spend the rest of the day by taking rest to get familiar with the high altitude. Also, it is advisable to keep yourself hydrated.

Day 2 - In Leh (Sham Valley).

Begin your day early with a delicious breakfast and prepare for a drive to 'Sham Valley'. Visit the confluence of the Zanskar - Indus Rivers (Sangam), which is also the world highest river rafting point. Experience the world-famous Hall of fame and learn more about the Indo-Pak wars and the martyrs. Visit the Magnetic Hill, Spituk Monastery where you can witness the unusual phenomenon of vehicles sliding uphill on neutral gear. While returning to Leh, visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Leh.

Day 3 - Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass.

Morning , after breakfast , start your drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass which is situated around 18360 ft. It is the highest motorable pass in the world. By the afternoon reach Nubra Valley; upon reaching Nubra Valley check in at your hotel/ camp. After some leisure, set out to visit white Sand Dunes, Double humped Camels (camel ride on direct payment basis) and Diskit Monastery. After the enjoyment, back to your hotel/camp and have dinner.

Day 4 - Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok River.

Morning you will drive to Pangong Tso. Enjoy the views of towering mountains during the journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake. On arrival at Pangong, check-in at the camp and get delighted in the sheer bliss of nature. Witness the change of color of the Lake and the unmatched beauty of the sunset over the lake. The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. Pangong Lake is one of the most amazing lakes in Asia where one can witness interplay of colors. You can explore the lake by having a leisure walk alongside. Dinner & Overnight at camp in Pangong.

Day 5 - Pangong Tso to Leh via Changla Pass.

Wake up to the heavenly beauty and come out of your camp to enjoy stunning views of the sunrise over the lake. Thereafter, have your breakfast and drive back to Leh via Changala Pass. In the evening you will arrive in Leh. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Leh.

Day 6 - Leh Departure.

In the morning, enjoy your breakfast and you will be transferred to Kushok Bakula airport to catch a flight for your onwards journey.

Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request of escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
Glacial Adventures will not be responsible for any cancellation happens in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amountisnon-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above mentioned table.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing.All changes will be processed only after the receipt ofthe same by the Company.
The above mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

Further charge will be levied as follows:

30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure ofthe tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

Jurisdiction:

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Glacial Adventures Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Manali / Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
