Day 1 - New Delhi - Manali (570 KM 14/16 Hrs) Over Night Journey

Between 4:30PM to 6:00PM board the Volvo from New Delhi Volvo Stand and Depart for Manali. Enroute admire the picturesque sights of lofty mountains surrounded by floating clouds, emerald orchards, and sparkling white waterfalls, all accompanied by melodious sound of River Beas. Day 2 - Manali - Half Day Sightseeing Tour (Volvo Package)

Upon reaching Manali Bus Stop, meet our representative who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel.( Hotel Check in Time is 12 PM. Early Check in could be provided as per hotel permission. In afternoon head on for historic Hadimba Devi Temple & Vashisht Muni Temple Hot Water Spring. In evening roam in Manali local Market including Tibetan monastery. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3 - Manali - Solang Valley (21kms /2 hrs) -Manali

Early morning start your thrilling tour to Solang Valley up to snow Line (Subject to Availability). This place is famous for mountain outing and activities. In the evening return to Manali Hotel for cozy night stay. Note: Vehicle will not proceed further than Upto Snow Line Barrier due to Heavy Snow or Landslides warnings by govt. Along with this NGT Terms & Conditions will also apply.

Day 4 - Manali - Naggar - Kullu - Manikaran - Manali

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Naggar Castle, Kullu Valley which is famous for its Pashmina Shawl factory and outlet. After that proceed to Manikaran Via Kasol, Manikaran is famous for its hot spring water and Gurudwara Sahib. Get back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 - Manali - Delhi (15 hrs Approx) Overnight Travel by Volvo

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy your walk in nature park called Van Vihar / Market by own. Between 4:30PM to 6:00PM board Volvo for your return trip to Delhi.

Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher.
Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as Canceled.

Package can be altered/change as per the customers requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to availability)

Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. ( Early check in is subject to availability )

We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.)

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:

Children below 5 years are complementary in parents room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.

INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
All cancellations are to be communicated inwritten andadvance amountisnon-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
Further charge will be levied as follows:
30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure ofthe tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost. 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above mentioned table.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing.All changes will be processed only after the receipt ofthe same by the Company.
The above mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
